- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Made the mistake of using this and another of their clubs in a local school. My child (who LOVES playclubs) was so upset at having to attend again. Watched videos that were too old for her and upsetting. When I collected her the ONE member of staff I could find didnt appear to speak much english (polish?) and didnt ask who I was or whether I was authorised to remove child. Had a small query with them and it is apparent that they dont understand customer care. Never again. Made alternative arrangements for the summer holidays. not giving them my money or my child!By Admin, September 25, 2018
